Please know that the decisions to close Catholic schools are never made lightly and are never easy. While the reasons for school closures are unique to each situation, the decisions are based on a series of benchmarks and objective criteria in colaboration with parish, school, and archdiocsean leadership.
The student records for closed Archdiocesan and/or parochial Catholic schools can be accessed through the Office of Archives and Records. Grammar school records may include grades, attendance sheets, and test scores. High school records are generally limited to transcripts. Only the student named on the record or the guardian/parent of a minor student can request a copy of his/her transcript. To request a transcript,please email [email protected].
